The artist’s father was an architect, he participated in the creation of the new center of their hometown, which is a brutalist modern complex of buildings, the highlight of which is the tower of the Town Hall.
The artist was still a child when it was handed over, and he was so captivated that he bought a roll of black and white film for his father’s camera and photographed the buildings. From there, he became interested in the formal approach of architecture. He liked the clean design of Bauhaus, the power and rawness of brutalism. Perhaps this is where the architect’s inspiration comes from, mixing his father’s “cube-headedness” with the clean brutalist architectural lines. The lady’s thoughts are revolving about the architect.
